Kitty

I think stuffed animals are so much fun to make. They actually are kind of hard to make (especially if you use fuzzy yarn like this), but the result is so much fun that I just can't resist making them. I found a Japanese pattern book with this kitty and lots of other animals in it. I'm hoping to make a frog next. We'll see.

Mary Jane Shoes

These are Mary Jane shoes that I made for my niece Emma (those are her cute little legs in the pictures). My sister Ashlee told me about little Mary Janes and Loafers that she had seen that were crocheted. After seeing how cute these can be I found a pattern I like. These shoes have a double strap that is connected by little buttons. Hopefully I can make some loafers soon to show. I love these shoes!

Cuddle Blanket

These blankets are sooooo soft. They are so comfortable and are perfect for cuddling. These babies look so cute in them. My sister Cori uses them for photography props which looks so cute. I made a brown and blue one for my son but I'm too selfish and I use it all the time, but I try to share :).

Newsboy Hat

I made these hats because I saw how cute they were on little kids. They really do work for all ages. I love Brielle's curls coming out from under the hat. They make great photography props or just a really cute hat.

This one may be a bit big for little Emma :)

Unicorn

This is a different version of my horse. My niece Brielle loves unicorns and I wanted to make her something for Christmas, so this is what came of it. As you can tell this one has been loved a lot. It used to have a tail too. I'm glad she's enjoyed it so far.

Horse

I got a lot of compliments on these guys when I sold them recently at a boutique. Each one has a saddle and a bridle. They are so much fun. I originally just made one for Colin when he was really little. The contrasting colors were great for him and he loved playing with the tail and mane. It works great for all ages. So far I've made them in 7 different styles. I've tried to stay true to actual horse coloring but maybe it would be fun to change things up a bit.

Flower Clips

The flower clips are so fun. They are soft and I've been able to make them in so many different colors. I see little girl, hair clips everywhere and they are so expensive and they are made out of some flimsy plastic material. These are made out of crochet thread and ribbon. They work in lots of curly hair (as Brielle shows) or in very little and very soft hair (as little Emma shows).

Cars

This is a pattern I got from deliciouscrochet. It turned out so cute. It looks just like the cars from the disney movie. I want to make so many more of these in different colors.

Red and Yellow Elf Hat

I saw this kind of hat in a picture and thought they were so cute, so this is my first attempt at making one. They really add some character. They are a lot of fun. Thanks to my sister Cori, I've got some really cute pictures of it too. Check out her blog at corihenderson.blogspot.com. She's a great photographer.

Madagascar Penguins

  1. The mischevious penguins from the Madagascar movie, including: Skipper, Rico, Kwalski, and Private. Very soft and fun. Measuring between 4-7 inches. These guys were inspired by my cousins: Olivia, Dallin, Cameron and Lauren Blacker. Thanks for the idea.

Jungle Animals

My jungle animal collection includes: Lion, Tiger, Hippo, Snake, Elephant, Zebra, Giraffe, Monkey and Black Panther. Each has its own personality, and is covered with soft fur. Fun and cuddly for any age.

Snake

The bendable rattle snake with a real rattling tail is perfect for little kids to play with. It's soft and fun.

Tiger

This soft and fierce tiger is very soft and cuddly (as my cute little niece, Brielle, shows). He's covered with very soft fur.

Hippo

Part of my jungle collection that I started for my son Colin. Soft grey fur that covers the entire body but the tail and soft tusks. Ultra cuddly and fun.

Animal Purses

I saw this pattern and thought it was too cute to pass up. I've made a kitty, a bunny and a pig purse. They are so much fun. The whole thing is about 12 inches long and about 6 inches wide. So fun for little girls to keep their treasures in. Modeled by the greatest sport ever, Brielle.
The Bunny has long ears and a fluffy tail. The Kitty has a long tail and cute little paws. The pig is complete with a curly tail and piggy nostrils. Each has it's own pretty ribbon around its neck.
