Sending out the Batman Signal

This is one of my favorite hats that I have made, especially since Colin really liked it.  I decided to go with the more current version of the bat, but I would also like to try the retro/comic version too, with the black and yellow bat.  I used "punch needle" to make the bat.  Who knew that you could make such fun things with such an easy craft.  It is so much fun.

Angry Owl Hat

I love owl hats!  They are so cute.  I found this great idea to change the eyes of the hats to give them different moods or expressions.  This is the Angry Owl.  I felt like it really fit my daughter lately :)

Giraffe Hat

After I made a the zebra hat I saw that I had some gold and orange yarn and I decided to try and make a giraffe hat.  It may be my favorite one.  The little spots and horns are so cute.

Cookie Monster Hat

It's the COOKIE MONSTER!!!!!!  Thanks to my nephew I was asked to make an Elmo hat several years ago.  After it worked out so well, I decided I needed to make some other characters.  Here is Cookie Monster.  My kids think he is alot of fun to wear.
If you would like a pattern check out my Etsy shop.

Big Bird

BIG BIRD!!!!!!
After making Elmo and Cookie Monster, I wanted to try another character from Sesame Street.  Naturally the next step would be Big Bird.  I wanted to give him feathers so I ended up doing loops to make him look all feathery.  Jennsen thought it was pretty funny.

Striped Hat

My cousin said that she liked the hat for the llama so much that I should make ones for adults. My first attempt was for a child sized one so here is Jennsen wearing it with the llama, she was kind of grumpy that I was distracting her from Elmo :)

COOKIE!

Here's my own little Cookie Monster. I got the idea to make these hats after I made an Elmo hat for my newphew "G".

Colin thought the hat was pretty fun.

Newsboy Hat

I made these hats because I saw how cute they were on little kids. They really do work for all ages. I love Brielle's curls coming out from under the hat. They make great photography props or just a really cute hat.

This one may be a bit big for little Emma :)

Red and Yellow Elf Hat

I saw this kind of hat in a picture and thought they were so cute, so this is my first attempt at making one. They really add some character. They are a lot of fun. Thanks to my sister Cori, I've got some really cute pictures of it too. Check out her blog at corihenderson.blogspot.com. She's a great photographer.
